Detox bath

A detox bath is a wonderful and nice way of releasing the toxins and impurities from your body, which can be done at home or in detox spas as they are the trend now and located in most countries. A detox spa offers various services, including detox footbath.
Detoxification through a bath is an ancient remedy and not a modern discovery. A detox bath can be arranged at home and about forty minutes to an hour to spare. One needs to fill the tub with hot, clean filtered water, to which Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate), and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), are added. Further to this, an option of adding fresh ground ginger or fresh ginger tea will enhance the detox process, of removing the toxins through the skin pores as the ginger causes heating and the body to perspire more.
This should be added in small quantities depending on your body sensitivity. After 20 minutes of this detox bath, where you will perspire profusely, one should cool off for another twenty minutes and for this there is an option of going in for aromatherapy, ( use of essential oils like lavender or ylang ylang), that helps in cooling off and completing the detox process in a detox bath.
